The mission at Lonesome Dove Equestrian Center is to service the mentally, physically, and emotionally challenged special needs of Veterans in Central Virginia.Lonesome Dove Equestrian Center will provide a program of recreational riding and horsemanship at no charge to Veterans, and their families, which will increase the quality of life for the participants through activities that are positive to the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social well-being of each Veteran.
